All purchases on DonutBite are non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Nature of Goods

Items sold on DonutBite are in-game digital goods for a Minecraft server delivered by an automated fulfillment bot. Due to the instant and intangible nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer returns or refunds after payment is processed.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged in error or did not receive your order, you are encouraged to open a ticket in our Discord server so we can investigate. If we are unable to resolve your issue, you may dispute the charge directly with your payment provider or bank. We will not penalise customers for exercising their rights through their payment provider.
