Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DonutBite ("Service", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are under 18 you must have parental permission.

2. Nature of the Service; No Affiliation

DonutBite is an independent third-party marketplace for in-game items used on community Minecraft servers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Synergies AB, Microsoft, or the operators of the "Donut SMP" server. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

The Minecraft End User License Agreement ("EULA") restricts certain commercial activities. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the EULA and any third-party server's rules. We disclaim all liability arising from your violation of those rules.

3. Orders, Pricing, Delivery

All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of payment-network fees. The minimum order is $0.50. Orders are processed via Stripe (cards) or CoinGate (cryptocurrency). Delivery is performed by an automated Minecraft bot typically within seconds to a few minutes of payment confirmation. We do not guarantee instant delivery — occasional delays may occur due to bot maintenance, server downtime, or network conditions. Crypto orders may be pending until on-chain confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil every order promptly.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered.

5. Acceptable Use

  • No fraud, chargeback abuse, or use of stolen payment instruments.
  • No automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or attempts to bypass security controls.
  • No use of the Service in violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for any violation, with or without notice.

6. User Content (Reviews)

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT OR (B) USD $20.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent such laws are mandatory; otherwise English law applies. Disputes will be resolved by competent courts of your country of residence where consumer law requires.
